Quick Tips

Here is some extra tip to go with the video. Try it on your computer!

Share folder and map drive

Right click folder > Properties > Sharing > Share, choose user and permission.
Open shared folder: type \\ComputerName or \\192.168.1.10 in File Explorer.
Map drive: right click This PC > Map network drive, choose letter and folder.
Or use command: net use Z: \\ComputerName\SharedFolder.
Check your computer name and IP: open Command Prompt, type hostname and ipconfig.

Remote Desktop

Turn on: Settings > System > Remote Desktop (only Pro, not Home).
Connect: press Windows + R, type mstsc and press Enter.
Over internet: don't open port 3389 direct to internet, it is not safe! Use VPN, or app like Chrome Remote Desktop or AnyDesk.
Use strong password for account you remote.

Wi-Fi driver

Press Windows + X > Device Manager > Network adapters. See yellow mark? Driver have problem.
Download driver from laptop brand website (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus...) on other computer, copy with USB.
Right click adapter > Uninstall device, then restart. Windows will try install again.
Check Wi-Fi not turn off by key like Fn + F2 or airplane mode.

Show Wi-Fi password

Open Command Prompt as admin and type:

netsh wlan show profiles
netsh wlan show profile name="WiFiName" key=clear

Look at line Key Content. That is password!
Or Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center, click Wi-Fi name > Wireless Properties > Security > Show characters.

Block website

Open Notepad as administrator.
Open file C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts (choose All Files to see it).
Add line at bottom: 127.0.0.1 www.facebook.com and 127.0.0.1 facebook.com.
Save, then open Command Prompt and type ipconfig /flushdns.
To unblock: delete the line or put # in front.

Telegram on computer

Download only from desktop.telegram.org.
Phone: Settings > Devices > Link Desktop Device and scan QR code.
Bigger text: Settings > Default interface scale, or Ctrl + Mouse scroll in chat.
Not use computer anymore? Settings > Devices on phone and terminate that session.

Screenshot

Windows + Shift + S — Snipping Tool, free and already in Windows.
Popular free app: ShareX, Lightshot, Greenshot.
Chrome full page: press F12, then Ctrl + Shift + P, type screenshot and choose Capture full size screenshot.
